Bose Corporation in Lisbon is seeking a Sourcing Specialist fluent in English to support our Procurement Team in Portugal. You will drive sourcing projects, manage contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure favorable terms for goods and services.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to multitask across multiple procurement activities in a global organization.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of procurement experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to key stakeholders and senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage the execution of sourcing (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and contracting projects.
• Procure high-quality goods and services at favorable terms for the organization.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, category managers, Legal and Finance Departments.
• Contract lifecycle management (creation, amendment, termination, renewal, cancellation, etc.).
• Understand legal and compliance clauses for contract establishment.
• Execute “2 Bids n’ Buy” - Manage bid proposals, negotiate pricing and business terms of purchase.
• Preferred suppliers management (maintain PSL, provide guidance to the business, spend analysis).
• Responsible for reviewing/processing vendor creation requests.
• Administration of sourcing and contracting projects in Ariba
• Work collaborative and closely with Category Managers.

To join our team, we are currently recruiting a Sourcing Specialist fluent in English. We are looking for a problem-solver to support our Procurement Team based in Lisbon.

You Will

• Support and manage the execution of sourcing (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and contracting projects
