• Process Consultant (M/F) – Remote
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent understanding of IT service management best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, IT4IT).
• Experience in delivering processes in multi-tower, multi-site environments.
• Skilled in using various planning methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and statistics.
• Experience in forecasting and scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver clear and concise presentations.
