Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Responsibilities
  • In order to maintain a coherent, robust and structured Procedural Documentation Referential, the Job holder will be responsible to:
  • Ensure the procedural documentation alignment to A1000.1 Directive Requirements for Procedural Referential Documentation and a consistent application in line with:
  • M1000.1.1 (Method for Managing Procedural Referential Documentation)
  • M1000.1.2 (Method for Managing Procedural Support Documents)
  • M1000.1.3 (Method for Writing Effective Procedural Referential Documents)
  • Ensure the systematic generation and distribution of procedural documentation requests and its lifecycle management
  • Assure quality of any procedural document change received is well addressed by checking:
  • Consistency checks on Document request, on document content
  • The overall procedural documents architecture consistency
  • Prepare Procedural Documentation preparation for workflow validation
  • Support Process Owners and their Process Management Team in all topics related to Procedural Documentation (Documentation expertise, Document request / Status, Documentation plan and rationalization status and follow up)
  • Launch procedural document translation request and archiving management
  • Support Programmes applicability management
  • Provide guidance to continuously improve procedural documentation quality by collecting Best Practices and Lessons Learnt
Competencies
  • Professional experience in quality management
  • Basic knowledge of quality management methods is a plus (e.g. PPS, 9S, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa, Lesson Learned and Benchmarking etc.)
  • Good communication and customer-oriented skills
  • Analytical and systemic mind-set
  • Reliable, resilient and assertive
  • Accurate work ethic
  • Business fluent English (French desirable)
  • Experience in MS Office and G Suite
