Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is growing and seeks a Study Lead Programmer (SLP) to join our Lisbon team. You will contribute to Phase III clinical studies, leverage R, and apply CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM) to deliver high-quality programming deliverables.

You will coordinate cross-functional programming activities, engage stakeholders, and work in a multinational context across Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Study Lead Programmer (SLP) is required.
• Experience supporting or leading Phase III clinical studies is required.
• Strong programming skills in R.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM).
• Ability to perform technical cross-verification and quality review of programming deliverables.
• Experience coordinating and overseeing other statistical programmers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and able to meet stringent timelines.
• Ability to challenge processes/tools and propose improvements.
• Regulatory submission knowledge is desirable; hands-on submission experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Study Lead Programmer (SLP) is mandatory.
• Experience supporting or leading Phase III clinical studies.
• Strong programming skills in R.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM.
• Ability to perform technical cross-verification, quality review and oversight of programming deliverables.
• Experience coordinating and overseeing other statistical programmers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to deliver against stringent timelines.
• Ability to challenge existing processes, tools and ways of working and propose improvements.
