Decskill is seeking a Study Lead Programmer to manage programming for multiple clinical studies with a focus on HIV. You will lead a team of programmers, ensure timely deliverables and align with cross-functional study teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and coordinate multiple clinical studies from programming perspective.
• Oversee programming deliverables and study timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including statisticians, data managers and clients.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage priorities across studies.
• Apply Agile methodologies and adapt to client needs where appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Study Lead Programmer (SLP) or Lead Statistical Programmer.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple clinical studies.
• Strong knowledge and previous clinical study experience within HIV is mandatory.
• Strong statistical/clinical programming background.
• Experience overseeing programming activities, deliverables and study timelines.
• Ability to coordinate programmers and collaborate with cross-functional clinical study teams.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial programming standards and processes.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
• Experience with Jira is preferred.
• Knowledge of R programming is desirable/required depending on the client’s expected hands-on programming component.
