Qualificações

• 10+ years in backend, data platform, or distributed systems with ownership across multiple services.
• 2+ years hands-on production experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Experience architecting agent and tool-runtime systems with multi-tenant patterns.
• Proficiency in Python, API design, async and concurrent programming.
• Databricks, PySpark, Lakehouse patterns experience.
• Strong AWS serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM).
• Knowledge of data contracts, schema evolution, and data governance.
• SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• CI/CD and observability (logs, metrics, traces).
• Technical leadership through mentoring and engineering standards.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own backend and data architecture across pipelines, APIs, and runtimes.
• Lead design decisions for scalable, secure, multi-tenant systems.
• Drive data quality, lineage, and contract-driven analytics outputs.
• Harden ingestion and integration with external platforms and APIs.
• Define stable data contracts and schema evolution strategies.
• Mentor engineers on agentic systems and AI integration.
