You will conduct assessments, develop preservation plans with cost estimates, oversee work with construction teams, recommend materials, ensure code compliance, and maintain project records while communicating with clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 2 years of preservation architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural history, materials and historic techniques.
• Experience working with construction teams on preservation projects is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Preservation Architect to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the preservation and restoration of historical buildings and structures. Salary:

This is a contract position paying 1600$ per month.
