What you’ll do:

As a Power Platform Specialist, you will be a hands‑on builder and a key member of our team of problem solvers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust Power Platform solutions that address complex business challenges from strategy to execution. You will transform client needs into functional, scalable, and user-friendly applications. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Architect and develop end-to-end Canvas Apps, from proof‑of‑concept to production deployment, ensuring optimal user experience and performance;
• Design and implement Power Automate flows, including complex cloud flows, business process flows, and desktop flows (RPA) for process automation;
• Establish and manage solution architecture, including environment strategy, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines;
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, ensuring proper data architecture, list design, and document management capabilities;
• Hybrid Work Model.

Who you are:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Power Platform development, with a proven track record of developing and deploying Canvas Apps and Power Automate solutions in enterprise environments;
• Proven ability to design solution‑aware applications, including managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, connection references, and deployment strategies across development, test, and production environments;
• Strong Power Fx skills and hands‑on experience with advanced Canvas Apps patterns such as component libraries, responsive design, and performance optimization. Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL and Common Data Model is a plus;
• Experience with SharePoint Online, including list/library design, permissions management, and integration patterns with Power Platform;
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑400) are a plus;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese;
