We are now looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our team in Porto or Lisboa, Portugal.

For this position, you have to be already in Porto, Portugal, and have legal documentation to work in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET frameworks (C#).
• Create and customize powerful business applications using PowerApps (both canvas and model-driven).
• Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Microsoft Power Platform and .NET ecosystem.

Must‑Have

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in .NET development with a focus on C#.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience developing with PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with SQL Server and designing/optimizing ETL workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud‑based solutions.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience working in Agile teams and with project management tools like JIRA.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 minimum).

Nice‑to‑Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of French.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in .NET, Power Platform, or Azure.
• Experience in the financial sector or other regulated environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
