Nimber is seeking a Power BI Data Analyst to help drive our data-driven decision making. You will contribute to transforming our Data product, manage incidents, and collaborate with squads to deliver robust analytics.

The role requires strong GCP experience (BigQuery, Composer), Power BI reporting, Python/SQL, SSIS, and French at B2 level. Hybrid work arrangement in Portugal will be offered.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with strong data management and integration knowledge.
• Expertise in Power BI and data integration tools such as SSIS.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience in Agile environments, including stand-ups and iterative development.
• French language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Join the Performance and Run team with BPCE-SI business units to ensure system stability.
• Manage incidents effectively and implement necessary system evolutions.
• Develop components for construction projects to enhance data capabilities.
• Use GCP (BigQuery, Composer) to optimize data management and analysis.
• Create Power BI reports and visualizations, and ensure data flows with SSIS.
• Work under a squad lead to coordinate projects and ensure success.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.

Job Summary

Mission for a skilled professional to join our team, dedicated to ensuring the achievement of business objectives and the effective management of daily operations, including incident resolution and necessary evolutions. This role is pivotal in supporting the transformation of our Data product and requires a strong technical background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data transformations tools (ETL/ELT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate into the Performance and Run team, collaborating closely with BPCE-SI business units to guarantee the stability of existing systems;
• Manage incidents effectively, ensuring minimal impact on operations while implementing necessary system evolutions;
• Develop specific components in the context of construction projects, contributing to the overall enhancement of our data capabilities;
• Employ Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery and Composer, to optimize data management and analysis;
• Utilize Power BI for reporting and visualization, alongside data integration tools such as SSIS to ensure seamless data flow;
• Work under the supervision of a squad lead to ensure optimal coordination and successful project execution;
• Engage in proactive communication with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a strong understanding of data management and integration practices;
• Expertise in Power BI and data integration tools such as SSIS;
• Knowledge of programming languages, particularly Python and SQL, for data analysis and manipulation;
• Experience working in Agile environments, including participation in daily stand-ups and iterative development practices;
• French proficiency is mandatory (B2 level, minimum);
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business units;
• Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize user requirements effectively;
• Strong problem-solving skills for effective incident management and minimizing operational impact;
• Proactive communication with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
