GIMM – Gulbenkian Institute for Molecular Medicine invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to work within the Chemical Biology-Translational Research Lines, under the HORIZON project, to advance preclinical studies and vaccine evaluation. The role requires a PhD in Immunology or related fields and strong English proficiency, with experience in immunology and murine models preferred.

The position offers a full-time, fixed-term contract starting October 2026, with a gross monthly salary

Qualificações

• PhD in Immunology or related field is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years research experience in immunology, cancer immunology, immunotherapy or related fields.
• Desirable experience with mouse models and flow cytometry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute preclinical studies using murine tumour models.
• Evaluate vaccine efficacy, immune responses and antitumour activity.
• Perform immunological assays (flow cytometry, ELISA, ELISpot).
• Contribute to dissemination activities and prepare project outputs and deliverables.
