Qualificações

  • Fluent en Portugais (C1+) et bon niveau d'Anglais (B2 minimum).

  • Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur les KPI.

Responsabilidades

  • Effectuer des appels sortants aux clients potentiels sur le marché lusophone.
  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente depuis le contact initial jusqu'à la conclusion de la vente.
  • Maintenir des enregistrements précis des interactions avec les clients à l'aide d'outils CRM.

Portuguese-Speaking Outbound Sales Representative | Covilhã, Portugal

We are partnering with a fast-growing international company to hire a motivated and results-driven Portuguese-speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join their team in Covilhã, Portugal.

Location: Covilhã, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Schedule: Rotational shifts
Remuneration: Base salary + commission

Your Role

As an Outbound Sales Representative, your mission will be to proactively connect with potential clients, present tailored product solutions, and close deals. Youll play a key role in driving revenue and helping the team meet ambitious sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the Portuguese-speaking market.

  • Clearly present product offerings to generate interest and qualify leads.

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.

  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You Bring
  • Language skills: Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1+) and a good command of English (B2 minimum).

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer acquisition is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and confident sales approach.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Availability to work on a rotational shift schedule (including evenings/weekends if required).
