Cross Border Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service specialist to provide support via phone, chat and email from Greece. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction while collaborating with a multicultural team.

Requires Portuguese C2 and solid English, EU citizenship or Greece work permit, and ability to work independently. Remote position with ongoing training and career development opportunities within a supportive environment.

Formación

• Portuguese C2 level required.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• EU citizenship or valid Greece work permit.
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate there.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
