Cross Border Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking customer service professional to join our remote team in Greece. The role supports customers via phone, chat and email, handling inquiries with a focus on timely resolutions and positive interactions.

Ideal candidates will have C2 Portuguese, strong English, and the ability to work independently. EU citizenship or Greece work permit is required, with relocation supported if needed.

Qualificações

• Portuguese language at C2 level
• Good command of English for colleague communication
• EU citizenship or valid Greece work/residency permit
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate there
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
