About the Role & Client
we are hiring Outbound Sales Representatives in Lisbon for our client a multinational leader in Life and Personal Accident Insurance.
In this role, you will contact prospective clients exclusively by phone to understand their needs and present suitable health insurance plans to help them save on health services while staying protected.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via telephone (Outbound).
  
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored health insurance solutions.
  
• Manage communications, software tools, and customer databases efficiently.
  

Schedule & Work Location

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week; 8 hours/day with a 1-hour lunch break). Part-time options are also available (5h, 6h, or 7h per day).
  
• Workplace: On-site in Lisbon
  

Training & Onboarding

• Duration: 5 business days of intensive training (8 hours per day) + up to 5 business days of internship/nesting.
  
• Training Schedule: Generally aligns with regular working hours.
  
• Training Compensation: Paid proportionally upon successful completion (€10.00 per day, totaling up to €100.00 for 10 business days). Training occurs prior to formal contract signing, so no social security tax is deducted.
  

Salary Structure & Compensation

• 8-Hour Shift (Full-Time): Base salary of €920.00 + €76.67 vacation allowance + €76.67 Christmas allowance + €147.00 meal allowance (based on 21 working days at €7.00/day) = €1,220.33 estimated gross total per month.
  
• 7-Hour Shift: Base salary of €805.00 + €67.08 vacation allowance + €66.08 Christmas allowance + €147.00 meal allowance = €1,086.16 estimated gross total per month.
  
• 6-Hour Shift: Base salary of €690.00 + €57.50 vacation allowance + €57.50 Christmas allowance + €147.00 meal allowance = €952.00 estimated gross total per month.
  
• 5-Hour Shift: Base salary of €575.00 + €47.92 vacation allowance + €47.92 Christmas allowance + €147.00 meal allowance = €817.84 estimated gross total per month.
  
• Deductions: Portuguese statutory deductions apply (approx. 7% to 18% IRS income tax depending on tax status, plus 11% Social Security).
  

Benefits & Contract Terms

• Contract Type: Uncertain-term employment contract with an expected duration of 12 months, extendable for up to 24 months, leading to a permanent contract after 2 years.
  
• Health & Dental Insurance: Private health and dental insurance provided upon contract signing (requires a valid NIF and Social Security Number).
  
• Meal Card: Meal allowance is paid tax-free onto a pre-paid meal card.
  
• Paid Leave: 22 days of annual paid leave plus official Portuguese national holidays. Working on a Portuguese holiday grants a compensatory day off.
  
• On-Site Amenities: Modern office featuring a cafeteria, lounge spaces, operations floor, and meeting rooms.
