CB Talents is hiring an Outbound Customer Service Representative for Portugal's premier consumer protection association, serving over 400,000 active members. Based in Porto, you will be the voice connecting the brand with current and prospective members.

Your duties include contacting potential clients to engage and recruit new members, and reaching out to prospective and former members to present services and membership benefits.

Job description

Location: Porto, Portugal
Start Date: November 2nd
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 8h/day with 1h lunch break)

About the Role

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative for Portugal's premier consumer protection association with over 400,000 active members,you will be the voice connecting the brand with current and prospective members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients to engage and recruit new members.
  
• Reach out to prospective and former members to present services and membership benefits.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary (Full-time 8h/day): €820.00 / month
  
• Meal Allowance: €7.00 / day (€154.00 / month via tax-free prepaid meal card)
  
• Holiday & Christmas Allowance: Distributed monthly (€68.33 / month each)
  
• Total Estimated Gross Salary: €1,110.66 / month (for 22 working days)
  
• Health & Dental Insurance: Private coverage provided after contract signing (NIF and Social Security required).
  

Contract Terms

• Type: Temporary open-ended contract expected to last 12 months, renewable up to 24 months, with permanent contract conversion potential after 2 years.
  
• Paid Time Off: 22 days per year plus local Portuguese public holidays.
  

Training Program

• Duration: 5 business days of intensive training (8h/day) + up to 5 business days of practical onboarding/internship.
  
• Training Stipend: Paid at €10.00/day (€100.00 total upon successful completion).
  
• Topics Covered: Systems integration, software usage, product/service knowledge, customer contact management (phone, email, chat), and hands-on workflow application.
