India Abroad in Almada is seeking a fluent Portuguese and English interpreter to join our team. You will interpret conversations and meetings between Portuguese and English speakers, and translate written documents as needed.

We value accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure. A flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualificações

• Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Proven experience as an interpreter or translator preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret conversations and meetings between Portuguese and English speakers.
• Translate written documents from Portuguese to English and vice versa.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in all translations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all interpreted information.
• Act as a cultural liaison between parties if necessary.
