VML, part of WPP, seeks a Creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager in Portugal. You will craft engaging multi-format content, manage daily publishing, and optimize channel performance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit.

You will balance global branding with local Portuguese culture and trends. The role requires hands-on video editing, copywriting, and basic design skills, with native Portuguese and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Hands-on experience in content creation (video editing, basic visual/graphic design, and copywriting).
• Deep, native understanding of channel mechanics and best practices on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Native-level Portuguese with excellent writing and communication skills, alongside professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Produce multi-format content (short-form video, visuals, carousels) tailored for the Portuguese market.
• Manage end-to-end content production including planning, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Oversee local content calendar and copy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Stay ahead of local cultural moments and trends to deliver timely content.
• Adapt global campaigns to local culture while preserving brand voice and visuals.
• Organize media assets and design templates for cross-platform use.
