Michael Page is recruiting for a Portugal Acquisition Manager for a real estate developer expanding its presence in Portugal. You will source and analyse residential investment opportunities across the country, building a robust pipeline and negotiating with owners, brokers and agencies.

Working closely with the Country Leader and the Madrid Investment team, you will manage transactions from initial contact to successful completion and travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate acquisitions, property sourcing or investment transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese residential real estate market.
• Proven commercial and negotiation skills.
• Experience analysing investment opportunities and property pricing.
• Highly proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is considered an advantage.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
