Michael Page Enterprise Solutions is expanding its recruitment team in Portugal. The Candidate Experience Partner will oversee every step from application through shortlisting, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to attract top talent and ensure a smooth, inclusive candidate journey.

The role emphasizes data-driven sourcing, proactive engagement across internal and external channels, and building a diverse candidate pool, with a focus on delivering an employer of choice

Qualificações

• Fluency in Hungarian and English at a professional level.
• Strong sourcing and talent engagement skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media for talent sourcing.
• Excellent communication and proactive work style.
• Ability to work with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage data-driven insights by analyzing sourcing and conversion data in the ATS to assess recruitment effectiveness and improve candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent across candidate sources using advanced sourcing methods.
• Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting and present a refined shortlist.
• Build a strong pipeline and maintain clear communication to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Assess candidate suitability through phone screens and video interviews, document feedback, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders to improve processes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion to create balanced candidate pools.
