PrestigeArch Luxembourg is seeking an IT Manager in Porto to oversee technology infrastructure and systems, ensuring smooth IT operations, security, and user support. You will manage a team and collaborate with other departments to implement tech solutions aligned with business needs.

You will lead IT initiatives, maintain servers and networks, and stay current with new technologies to enhance operations. The role requires 3+ years in IT management, a CS degree, and strong communication skills

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
• Experience with server administration Windows or Linux.
• Proficiency in managing various operating systems Windows 10 and macOS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies.
• Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems including servers and networks.
• Ensure system security with appropriate measures and protocols.
• Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for purchasing hardware, software and services.
• Lead a team of IT professionals and guide projects and daily tasks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Stay updated on new technologies and recommend integrations.
