You will guide attribution modeling, analytics, and performance optimization while mentoring a team and coordinating with agencies to ensure flawless execution and effective spend management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns (search, display, social, email, programmatic).
• Deep understanding of digital analytics, attribution modeling, and performance optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong leadership and PM skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Implement and optimize attribution models, reporting systems, and analytics frameworks.
• Continuously test, refine, and scale audience targeting, creative messaging, and spend.
• Manage and mentor digital marketing specialists while overseeing agency partners.
• Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient investment and alignment with priorities.
• Maintain and strengthen the company's online presence, brand reputation across digital channels.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, producing actionable insights and leadership reports.
• Act as SME for outbound digital marketing and guiding strategy across growth org.
• Stay ahead of trends and tools to ensure continuous innovation.
