Job summary

SpeedLine Logistics UAE seeks an experienced Baker to join our Porto, Portugal team on a contract basis. You will prepare doughs, batters and fillings for a range of pastries and breads, and monitor ovens to ensure perfect results.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional baking experience, strong time management, and a passion for traditional Portuguese pastries. Accommodation can be provided, and visa sponsorship is available if needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional baking experience.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for traditional Portuguese pastries and breads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters and fillings for pastries and breads.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace and equipment.
• Restock ingredients and inform management when supplies are low.
