Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef (at least 2 years).
• Knowledge of baking techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment including mixers and ovens.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients as needed.
• Creativity in designing new baked goods or improving existing ones.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 50lbs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain baking equipment.
