About The Job

The Portfolio & Transversal P&L Controller ensures accurate and consistent controls across Global Markets, ALMT, and other BNP Paribas Group business lines. In this role, you will focus on maintaining the integrity of the Portfolio and Trading Mandates Referential, ensuring alignment across systems for static data management.

Your Main Activities Are
  • Administer and maintain the Portfolio Referential
  • Run reconciliations and fix discrepancies between systems
  • Support Front Office, Risk, PnL and Finance teams in creating or modifying Portfolios / Mandates
  • Contribute to projects impacting the Portfolio Referential (e.g., reorganizations and process enhancements)
  • Manage and reconcile Trading and Sales Mandates
Profile And Skills To Success
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Knowledge / experience on the administration of a referential
  • Knowledge / experience in Finance or Regulations (banking/trading, IAS classification)
  • Knowledge / experience in profit and loss
  • Knowledge / practices on market fees (custodies, clearing, brokers)
  • Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Analytical capacity (to investigate breaks in reconciliations)
  • Rigorous / attention to detail
  • Sense of curiosity
  • Team spirit
  • Skills on Office pack (namely Excel)
