Descrição da oferta de emprego

Salary: €900 p/m (14 salary payments) plus a possible performance bonus of €100 p/m, a meal allowance of €7.23 per working day, and a transport allowance of €20 per month.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts between Monday and Friday (including bank holidays), from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Days off are on weekends.

Relocation: Flight reimbursement and subsidised accommodation in a company apartment in Lisbon for €280 per month.

Our client is a global outsourcing partner operating in over 35 countries. For their multilingual hub in Portugal, we seek fluent Polish speakers to join their dynamic customer service team.

The Role

As a Customer Advisor, you will represent a lighting solutions company. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, focusing on answering queries regarding products, troubleshooting, and ensuring first-time resolution.

Responsibilities

1. Handle technical customer inquiries across various products via phone, email, chat, and social messaging.
2. Provide clear, practical information within set guidelines, addressing procedural and service questions.
3. Assist with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues.
4. Respond to inbound requests and document case details.
5. Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed.
6. Collaborate with technicians to resolve or properly close support tickets.
7. Manage individual ticket queues, follow directives, and provide feedback when necessary.

• Fluent in English and Polish.
