Qualifications

• At least two seasons of experience as an expedition leader.
• In-depth knowledge of Svalbard, Greenland, and Antarctic regions.
• Experience in interpretive program development and outdoor adventure leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of expedition guides during excursions.
• Organize and execute passenger activities safely.
• Oversee protocols and safety measures during off vessel excursions.
