Overview

Responsibilities
  • Follow up the scope of the project, set timescales, determine the resources required and define milestones;
  • Co-ordinating the project team and collaborating with other departments and third parties to ensure the perfect execution of projects;
  • Monitor project progress (follow up meetings with Corporate) and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful meetings;
  • Organize and prepare the documentation for internal meetings with all departments to keep everyone informed about the progress of the streams;
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks;
  • Maintaining communication with stakeholders and reporting on the status of the project on a regular basis;
  • Ensure that projects are completed within the established budget and timeframe.
