IT House is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a client in the insurance sector. You will coordinate with analysis, development and IT operations to ensure smooth execution of complex IT initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a PMP certification, 5+ years in IT project management, and strong familiarity with ServiceNow, with fluent English and a hybrid work setup.

Qualificações

• Academic background in IT, CS or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Min 5 years’ IT project management experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• - Coordination with multiple contributors, including business analysis, development, and IT operations, to ensure efficient project execution;
• - Definition and management of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation approaches;
• - Organization of communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment;
• - Monitoring of project progress, identification of issues, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives;
• - Preparation and dissemination of status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders;
• - Delivery of IT projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline constraints;
• - Structured stakeholder communication framework ensuring visibility and alignment;
• - Identification and mitigation of risks throughout the project lifecycle;
• - Contribution to continuous improvement and optimization of project management practices.

Profile

• - Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain;
• - Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent);
• - Minimum of 5 years' expertise in IT project management;
• - Proficiency in project management tools and software;- Ability to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders;
• - Knowledge of Service Now;
• - Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments;
• - Fluent in spoken and written English.
