Job summary

eXalt Fi in Lisbon seeks a DevOps Engineer to operate and improve a cloud platform using AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. The role blends on-site and remote collaboration in a hybrid setup.

You'll support internal users and developers, automate tasks, and contribute to security and observability in an Agile team, with relocation-ready candidates welcome.

Qualifications

• Platform run: operate and keep the cloud platform reliable, secure and observable.
• User support: help internal users and dev teams get the most out of the platform.
• Automation: build and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Continuous improvement: automate repetitive tasks and remove friction.
• Agile delivery: work in an Agile team with engineers, data and security.
• Cloud: hands-on AWS experience in production (must-have).
• DevOps: solid CI/CD and infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible…).
• Scripting: Python, SQL or Bash.
• Nice to have: Kubernetes, Snowflake, Coder or other self-service dev platforms, interest in AI.
• Languages: fluent English; French is a plus.
• Location: based in Lisbon or ready to relocate, valid Portuguese work permit.
