Job summary

remotepeople is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join an established international technology consultancy, working on client projects across cloud platforms, Data and AI workloads.

You will design secure cloud architectures, own platform decisions, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and manage Kubernetes and Docker environments. This role emphasizes IaC, security, and collaboration across DevOps and data teams.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Platform Engineering/DevOps or similar infrastructure-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience, particularly Terraform.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar.
• Good understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to take technical ownership, make architectural decisions and collaborate with clients and engineering teams.

Permanent, Full-time Salary: €43,000–€53,000 gross/year + 25% additional working-hours exemption allowance.
