Ivy Partners is a Swiss consulting firm delivering strategic, technological, and organizational solutions. We are hiring an Integrations Specialist to govern L3 operations across Europe, resolve incidents within SLA timelines, and implement changes and automation to improve service quality.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to knowledge base updates while supporting production support meetings and operational reviews.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of expertise in managing a platform.
• Experience with Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub; basic AWS/Azure knowledge.
• Strong grasp of Authentication & Authorization (OAuth, OpenID).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Argo CD/CI tooling.
• Knowledge of XML/XSD/WSDL, Java, JSON; familiarity with SOAPUI/Postman.
• Understanding of basic network configurations, cert lifecycle, and Linux.

Responsabilidades

• Govern and oversee L3 operational activities during the Europe shift to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform platform analysis, troubleshoot logs and identify root causes.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Support deployment, release and change activities; maintain documentation and knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Assist in root cause analysis and develop simple automation scripts.
