YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated developers with experience in ServiceNow to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules;
• Create workflows, scripts, and business rules to meet specific organizational requirements;
• Extend and modify existing ServiceNow modules to add new features or improve current capabilities;
• Provide ongoing support by identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and implementing updates;

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 2 years experience in development with ServiceNow products;
• Experience with scripting languages, web services and databases;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow projects and workflows at all stages of the project;
• Work with teams of functional and technical consultants by gathering requirements and designing ServiceNow;
• Relevant certifications are a plus;
