Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Portugal is seeking an experienced Planning/Procurement professional to coordinate ERP-driven procurement for production needs across internal and external units. The role requires coordinating with the site Production Manager to ensure timely fulfillment of production plans.

You will monitor delivery dates, manage stock levels of raw materials and traded goods, and ensure inventories align with defined targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar position in industrial companies.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate ERP-driven procurement of production needs; confirm and program in the ERP the client needs, with daily coordination with the site Production Manager.
• Plan and execute production needs between internal companies.
• Update delivery dates on each line of production needs.
• Plan and purchase needs of traded goods according to defined FC (Forecast).
• Analyze and control stocks of Raw Materials and traded goods; update minimum stocks and FC.
• Prepare data for Raw Material FC to send to Purchase Department.
• Monitor delivery dates of Raw Materials and traded goods according to production needs.
• Support management to ensure all material needs are planned and purchased at the right level; maintain inventory in line with definitions.

To integrate the Planning Team to Plan and Control the purchase needs of production

RESPONSABILITIES

• Planning of purchased needs generated automatically by ERP. Confirm and program in the ERP the client needs (internal and external). Daily coordination with site Production Manager.
• Plan and execute the production needs between internal companies.
• Update information about delivery date on each line of production needs.
• Plan and purchase the needs of traded goods according to FC defined.
• Annalyse and Control the stocks of Raw Materials and traded goods and proceed with the update of minimum stocks and FC.
• Check and prepare the data necessary to make Raw Material’s by category FC to send to Purchase Department.
• Follow up on the delivery dates of Raw Materials and traded goods, according to production needs.
• Support the management to guarantee that all needs of materials and goods are planned and purchased at the right level, maintain the level of inventory aligned with what’s defined.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Languages:

• Good level of English written and spoken (minimum B1);
• Valuable good level of Spanish.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in similar position in industrial companies.
