Batgroup, the company behind Batmaid and PFA, is seeking a PHP Developer to join our engineering team in Warsaw or Lisbon (hybrid) and help build the platforms and backend services at the heart of Batmaid and PFA.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain the web applications and services our customers and cleaning teams rely on every day, working closely with product, data, and operations to ship solutions that are scalable, reliable, and a pleasure to use.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on PHP development experience.
• Clear, understandable, maintainable code.
• Experience writing tests: unit, integration, end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Solid grounding in SOLID, OOP, and Git.
• Working knowledge of Symfony and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications and backend services in PHP and Symfony.
• Write clear, well-tested code with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Apply SOLID principles and object-oriented design to keep systems clean as they scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into software.
• Use AI-assisted development to boost speed and quality of delivery.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and raise engineering standards.
