ALTEN Portugal is seeking a Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Project Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain changes for APIs, drug products and finished goods. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, IT and Finance to deliver launches, transfers and improvements on time and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years in manufacturing supply chain with 3+ years pharma experience.
• End-to-end design/implementation experience (NPI, tech transfer, product changes).
• Proven cross-functional project leadership in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, master data management and project tools.
• Strong knowledge of API, drug product and finished goods supply chains.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions for pharma products (API, drug product, finished goods).
• Lead cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Logistics).
• Develop detailed project plans with governance, KPIs and risk management.
• Identify and resolve barriers with data-driven decisions in complex situations.
• Coordinate ERP and master data setup with IT for system readiness.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and create decision-support documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing costs and applying best practices.
