Hovione invites an experienced Architecture/Engineering professional to lead site master planning and long-term capacity strategy. You will translate strategy into scalable engineering solutions, define URS, and supervise complex projects ensuring GMP, HSE, and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• University degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil or equivalent).
• Architectural background preferred for industrial or master planning.
• 10+ years in industrial or construction project environments; 15+ preferred.
• Experience in facility design, master planning, and end-to-end project execution.
• Pharma or healthcare exposure is a plus; regulated industries experience valued.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP, HSE, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site master planning and long-term capacity strategy aligned with growth.
• Translate strategy and requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Define URS ensuring alignment with process needs and ergonomics.
• Supervise project execution: on time, within budget, compliant with standards.
• Support budgeting, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate in a matrix organization with engineering, operations, quality, procurement, and suppliers.
• Drive adoption of advanced technologies and engineering standards for safety and cost efficiency.
• Represent the company with authorities and promote IP development.
