Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support & executive assistance.
  • Organize and manage the agenda by scheduling meetings and appointments both internal and external
  • Manage the business trips – plan travel, cooperation with the agencies, flights, accommodation and ground transportation, coordination with the local team
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
  • Prepare the documents and presentations needed for meetings
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Anticipate problems and provide well-thought-out solutions.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • First experience in a similar role supporting leadership.
  • Fluent in English, French is welcomed.
  • Initiative and autonomy.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Highly organized and responsive, with ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Strong time-management.
  • High levels of computer literacy – Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
