Position Summary

We are looking for a People Analytics Specialist focusing on Zone Europe, reporting to the Head of People Analytics for Europe. You will design, build, and implement best practices in People Data & Analytics across the Zone and Corporate HR, delivering innovative analytical approaches to mitigate people-driven risks.

A Day in the Life...

You will support HR and the wider business with people analytics, including:

  1. Engaging with HR and business leaders to identify needs and develop analytics solutions.
  2. Building and improving statistical models to analyze trends and predict workforce behaviors.
  3. Providing consultation and advice on people analytics to inform business strategies.
  4. Extracting insights from data through coding, reporting, and innovation.
  5. Applying descriptive and predictive analytics to address business challenges.
  6. Delivering standards, frameworks, tools, and methodologies for people analytics and BI.
  7. Participating in governance bodies to ensure alignment across HR and consistent service delivery.
  8. Delivering standards and tools for Strategic Workforce Planning, advising HR leaders on talent gaps.
What Will Make You Successful
  • Experience translating data into insights and understanding external implications.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis effectively to leaders and HR professionals.
  • Advanced statistical skills and experience with analytics applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, international projects.
  • Knowledge of statistical and data science methods for problem solving.
  • Proficiency in Power BI; SQL and R are desirable.
  • Masters in relevant fields is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
