Forvia in Palmela is seeking a PC&L trainee to join the Logistics team. You will support the PC&L group, help deploy MIFA, Milk Run and leveling practices, and work with the plant to implement PC&L standards.

This role is aimed at finalists or recent graduates in logistics with strong English, good communication, and an international mindset. You will learn through hands-on projects and collaborate across functions in a matrix organization.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

Palmela site looking for a PC&L (Logistics) Trainee to be part of our Team!

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Support PC&L team;
• Ensure plant implementation of PC&L methods and tools;
• Provide plant with PC&L standards: Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA), Milk run, levelling, etc;
• Define PC&L deployment objectives with PC&L Manager and build up an action plan;
• Set up the means to achieve the action plan and ensure results;
• Communicate Improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out progress workshops in accordance with the plant PC&L manager;
• Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technical support to other functions;
• Identify and implement best practices;
• Ensure Know-how capitalization and check that standard forms are used.
