Hiscox in Lisbon is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll and benefits administration for Belgium and the Netherlands within an international HR Operations team. Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in Payroll and Benefits administration.
• Experience supporting payroll in international environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll administration for Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Prepare, validate and maintain payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review payroll calculations including salaries, deductions, overtime, bonuses and terminations.
