The opportunity

Member of the payroll team that will ensure accurate processing of clients' payroll.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and centralize all payroll supporting information;
  • Recording all salary information in the HR payroll system;
  • Salary calculations based on different salary schemas, including the calculation of the payroll taxes;
  • Preparing different reports and analysis required by law or by the clients.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels;
  • Comfortable presenting to external and public audiences;
  • Ability to work with external and internal customers to ensure quality of work professionalism and customer satisfaction;
  • Flexible in terms of work environment and tasks undertaken;
  • Comfortable with multiple client engagements and travel;
  • Strong team player.

To qualify for the role, the candidate must have

  • Academic degree in Human Resources, Management, Accounting or related fields of study;
  • A minimum of 1 year work experience in the local payroll field (within a payroll consulting organization – a plus);
  • Fluent user of English (both written and spoken).
