Farfetch Porto offices are seeking a highly motivated operations and analytics professional to maximise our online catalogue by identifying gaps, streamlining processes, and driving data-informed decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure catalogue completeness and efficiency across the business.

In this role, you will analyse catalogue processes, diagnose issues using data, and implement practical improvements.

• 4+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field.

• Deeply understand catalogue processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps.
• Use data-driven insights to diagnose issues and develop structured, practical solutions that enhance catalogue efficiency and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Integrations, Operations, and Analytics to align on priorities and execute improvements.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure accountability and follow-through on key actions.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making that strengthens our catalogue growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for learning. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maximizing our online catalogue by identifying gaps, streamlining processes, and driving data-informed decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our catalogue is as comprehensive, accurate, and efficient as possible.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• A strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• 4+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and inform recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence and drive outcomes across teams
• Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems and processes
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
