Location Funchal Portugal We are currently seeking a skilled Part-Time Turner to join our team in Funchal Portugal This is a great opportunity for a talented individual who is looking for a part-time job with flexible hours As a Part-Time Turner you will be responsible for operating specialized machinery to shape and cut metal parts according to specifications You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all parts are produced accurately and efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Operate lathes grinders drills and other machinery to shape and cut metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure and mark materials for cutting or shaping
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Turner or in a similar role
• Proven ability to operate various machinery accurately and efficiently
• Strong technical skills including the ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Working Hours This is a part-time position with flexible working hours The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process

Salary The salary for this position is 1600$ per month
