You will supervise staff, create schedules, monitor inventory, manage budgets, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food preparation. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

This part-time role offers hands-on leadership in a busy dining environment and requires at least 2 years of management experience.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management and scheduling software
• Must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays
