ShieldPro Protection is seeking a part-time Project Manager in Almada, Portugal to oversee multiple projects. The role requires independent work in a fast-paced environment and offers 20-25 hours per week with a monthly USD salary.

Key tasks include planning, monitoring progress, risk mitigation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely milestones and quality compliance. Portuguese residency preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration or Project Management).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project) and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Conduct regular status meetings with project team members.
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide accurate and timely project status reports to management.
