Capgemini Engineering is seeking a capable leader to drive Packet Core delivery and large-scale telecom upgrade projects in a hybrid work environment in Portugal. You will guide technical teams, ensure governance, and manage design artifacts, testing, and deployment processes.

The role requires 3+ years in Packet Core, strong leadership, and fluent English. You will collaborate with multinational teams and engage stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Packet Core delivery, integration, or operations.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical leadership, upgrade management, or project delivery leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale telecom deployment and software upgrade projects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong Packet Core domain expertise.
• Experience leading Packet Core deployment and upgrade projects.
