Capgemini is seeking an experienced telecommunications professional to support Nokia Packet Core deployments and customer-facing operations. You will ensure incident management excellence, lead complex troubleshooting, and provide guidance on network performance and software maintenance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customer teams, adherence to change processes, and involvement in network modernization and Telco Cloud environments. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Strong experience supporting mobile core networks within telecom operator environments.
• Proven expertise in Nokia Packet Core solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing support and managed services.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Understanding of virtualized and cloud-native telecom architectures is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Operate as the End-to-End technical advocate during incident management.
• Coordinate and support resolution of critical incidents with Nokia and customer teams.
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Provide regular customer-facing communications regarding status and risks.
• Maintain knowledge of Nokia Packet Core products (CMMo, CMGo, NRD).
• Support service delivery and lifecycle activities including hardware/software upgrades and network modernization.
