The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in team management, solid knowledge of agile methodologies, and fluency in English. Certification as an Outsystems Tech Lead is required, along with various certifications in Outsystems.

Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join the team of our client – a reference company in the technology sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or other similar areas;
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in team management, and 03 years of experience in Outsystems technology;
• Proven experience in managing an Outsystems factory;
• Solid knowledge in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Knowledge in tools as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, and other collaboration tools;
• Certification as an Outsystems Tech Lead (O11) and minimum of other three certifications in Outsystems;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
