Team.it is seeking an OutSystems Tech Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise applications using OutSystems 11. You will define and enforce development standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices to ensure quality, security, and maintainability across the full software lifecycle.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and stakeholders to translate business value into scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6+ years of experience delivering applications with OutSystems.
• Strong OutSystems 11 architecture, development and lifecycle management.
• Proven tech lead or senior developer in enterprise environments.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and SQL Server.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise apps using OutSystems 11.
• Define and enforce development standards and architecture guidelines.
• Review designs, code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Collaborate with Architects, PO, BA, QA and stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Support estimation, sprint planning, risk management, and governance in Agile delivery.
• Drive integration, CI/CD, modernization, and governance per enterprise standards.

OutSystems Tech Lead - Is that you?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems 11.
• Define and enforce development standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices to ensure solution quality and maintainability.
• Review technical designs, code quality, security, performance, and scalability of applications and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Support effort estimation, sprint planning, risk management, and governance activities within Agile delivery environments.
• Drive integration, CI/CD, modernization, and performance optimization initiatives while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 6+ years of experience delivering applications with OutSystems.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Lead in enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in OutSystems 11 architecture, development, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Services, and system integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server and relational database design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Reactive Web Applications and modern web development practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews and implementing quality assurance standards.
• Strong understanding of Application Security, performance optimization, and governance best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile software delivery.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
